If we do not answer, we are working out in the shop; please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Please note that if your Pontiac is an original with an original motor, we do NOT need you to submit anything here, just put original.

Measurement C is only needed if your motor is off center, please include if your measurement is towards the passenger or driver's side.
