BLOCKER'S FUNCTIONAL SHAKER KIT

Proudly made in the USA

Blocker's Performance is well known for its air induction kit that allows Pontiac Trans Am owners the ability to run a taller intake while keeping the shaker mounted to the carburetor. No more bolting that shaker to the hood! The kit allows the use of the Edelbrock Performer RPM, Edelbrock Victor, Torker II, and similar intakes.  Other Pontiac intakes may require special offset plates at an additional cost. We also build custom bases for Oldsomobile 403 and 455 along with Chevrolet small block for an additional $75.00 fee.

*Please note that the shaker kit will not work with 4150 style carburetors with choke towers or Big Block Chevrolets.

HOW TO MEASURE

In order for us to build the perfect shaker kit for your car, we will need specific measurements to custom build your kit. Please follow the directions below for how to collect the needed measurements.

*If your car is an original Pontiac with an original Pontiac Motor we do not need you to take these measurements.

STEP 1: Lay a straight edge down the centerline of the hood.

STEP 2: Use a ruler to measure the vertical distance from the air horn gasket to the bottom of the straight edge. In this example it is 1 7/8 inches.

STEP 3: Measure from the vertical straight edge (ruler used for measurement A) to the opening in the hood. In this example it is 4 3/8 inches.

STEP 4: If your motor is off center, measure from the straight edge to the air cleaner stud. In this example it is 1/4 inch to the passenger side.
